Many families who move to Central Florida end up in hotels and motels, working full-time jobs, and unable to find affordable housing. Renters need to make $31.50 an hour to afford a modest one-bedroom rental. Our hospitality economy relies on minimum wage jobs, yet someone earning minimum wage cannot afford to live here.

We’ve been thinking creatively and working really hard for another way to address this issue, and here's where Thrive Studios comes in!

To say we're excited to provide these spaces for our community is an understatement! We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home and we want to be part of the solution. Our next step is the construction process. We don't anticipate taking applications before Spring of 2026 for rental units. These units are set aside for those who are making at or below 60% of the area median income. We don't want our families to simply survive, we want them to Thrive!
